King’s Vision Statement:

Students, Staff, and Parents of King Middle School are dedicated to relevant and collaborative learning at the highest scholarly level ensuring ethics, innovation, and global citizenship.

Introduction and Pledge:

Reminder all clubs are cancelled until further notice except for the Poly Club.

Please remember that there is NO FOOD in the back at any time.  All food must be eaten in the lunch area.  Please take care of your trash and finish eating before you go out to the back.

There is no running to lunch.  This is very dangerous.  We are not going to run out of food and, if the lines are long when you get there, go sit and visit with your friends first, then get lunch when the lines go down.  Running to lunch is unacceptable and dangerous.

Please be on time to your classes.  You have plenty of time to get to class.  We will be conducting more tardy sweeps, so get to class on time and you will have nothing to worry about.  If you are late, you will receive lunch detention.

Do you know someone at King who deserves to be honored for representing our Core Values?  Submit your nomination on the Student of the Month page, which can be found on our school website.  Just scroll down to the link and complete your nomination.  Nominations will be open again on the 11th

Feeling chilly? Come purchase your new ASB sweatshirt in the student store. On sale now, $20.00 with a SAC card and $25.00 without a SAC card. Go Lions!

Hey King Lions!  Do you LOVE theater and acting?  Would you like to be in a play?  We will be partnering with the Advanced Theater class at El Camino High School for a production of "Narnia".  If you are interested, please attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, February 28th from 2:15-3:30 in the King library.  If you have any questions, please come speak with Mrs. Wood in Student Services. We hope to see you there!

Attention MLK Golfers, if you are interested in joining the golf club this year please pick up your club form from Coach Kimbrel. Your first meeting is set for Monday, March 12th @ 2:00. Location is Emerald Isle O'side. Bring only a putter.

Attention all students who are signed up for the CSUSM Fieldtrip- report immediately to B-1 at the end of period 1.  For those of you who ordered a school lunch, go to the cafeteria window to pick up your lunch.  We will board buses as soon as you check in.
